Sonoran Spa Rolls Out Recession Remedy Spa Menu

New menu of spa services offers affordable treatments that soothe & relax

Tucson, AZ (1/22/09) – The Sonoran Spa at Westward Look Resort is making it easy to choose relaxation over stress. The spa has recently responded to the current economic situation by launching the “easy on the pocket” Recession Remedy Spa Menu. This special menu of spa services will be available through the end of February 2009.

The Recession Remedy Spa Menu is giving spa lovers access to rejuvenating spa treatments at a fraction of the normal price to help them start the New Year off right. Spa treatments help clear your mind and ease any stresses throughout the body, giving you the extra energy you need to succeed.

There are four premier therapies being offered at $69 per treatment. The first is the “No Worries Treatment,” which features your choice of an exfoliating or hydrating masque. The treatment lasts for 30 minutes.

The 30-minute “Frugal Focus-Area Treatment” centers on “high expression” areas of the face – the eyes and lips. Soothing masques smooth and hydrate these regions while you experience a calming foot massage.

The third is the “Bailout Body Wrap,” in which you are wrapped in herbal-steeped linens for 30 minutes to promote warmth and absorption of detoxifying oils and herbs.

Last is the popular “Relax to the Max Massage,” a therapeutic and relaxing therapy. Arrive early and sip on a glass of hot tea on the spa patio. The massage is 45 minutes long.

There are two additional therapies featured on the Recession Remedy Menu. For $15, guests can enjoy a 20-minute “Mini Money Manicure,” in which cuticles are cleaned up and nails painted to perfection. Priced at $35, the “Penny Pinching Pedicure” is a 25-minute treatment that leaves feet smooth and nails painted.

“Bodies that are stressed and tired will strongly respond to any of our special spa treatments. The Sonoran Spa therapies highlighted on the Recession Remedy Spa menu focus on areas of that body that feel the most stress,” notes Debra Henrickson, Sonoran Spa Director.
