HOUSEKEEPING
Laundry Supervisor – Supervise staff and oversee day-to-day operations of in-house laundry department. Duties include monthly inventory and all aspects of laundering F&B linens and room linens. Involves some heavy lifting and standing for long periods of time. Full-time, flexible schedule including weekends. $9.00/hr.
Housekeeping Clerk – Perform general clerical duties for the Housekeeping department. Must have strong skills in Word/Excel, with a hotel background. Bilingual required. Full-time, days, weekends a must. $9.00/hr.
Housekeeping Supervisor – Responsible for room inspections & supervising room attendants and housepersons. Strong communication skills required. Spanish speaking a must. Prior supervisory experience helpful. Must be available to work flexible hours/days. Weekends required. Full-time position. $9.00/hr.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Banquet Servers – All aspects of banquet food & beverage service. Set tables, serve food, and clean up banquet functions. Food service experience required. Part-time position, must be available to work a very flexible schedule. $4.25/hr + tips.
Room Service Server/Service Bartender – Responsible for food delivery to guest rooms, tray pick-up, and use of Micros computer register. Answer phones, mix drinks, etc. Applicants must have food service and bartending experience. Position requires a flexible day & evening schedule with weekends included. Full-time position. $4.35/hr + tips.
Food Expeditor – To assist the flow and pace of food coming off the line. Coordinating the food and service to provide the best dining experience for our guests. Maintain well-timed food service ensuring consistent presentation and accuracy of orders. Restaurant experience required. Evenings & weekend mornings. $7.00/hr + tips.
Banquet Set-Up – Set up tables, chairs, etc. for banquet functions. Previous banquet experience preferred. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Part-time day and evening positions available. $6.00/hr.
Bartender – Mix drinks and provided customer service in casual Bar and Grille. Must have 1 yr. bartender experience with knowledge of AZ liquor laws. Full-time position. $6.00/hr + tips.
Line Cook – Responsible for multiple hot line stations. Must have 2+ years of hot line, fine dining or high-volume kitchen experience. Must be skilled in broiler, sauté, pantry and fryer. Clean, fast and productive presentation skills a must. Full-time, day & evening shifts. $ DOE.
Bar & Grille Server – Take orders and serve food and alcoholic beverages in Bar and Grille. Must be at least 19 yrs old, have 2 yr. server experience in high volume setting, and have excellent customer service skills. Part-time evening position (mornings on the weekends) with a flexible schedule. $4.35/hr + tips.
Restaurant Floor Supervisor – Oversee dining room staff and daily operations. Seating, phones, guest relations. Assist all staff in all aspects of providing guest service. Full-time, days. $14.00/hr.
Gold Room Server – Serve breakfast and lunch in a semi-casual dining room. Must have strong breakfast skills and at least one year of serving experience. Part-time day position. Sunday - Wednesday shifts begin @ 6:00am. $4.35/hr + tips.
ENGINEERING
General Maintenance – Must have general maintenance experience with knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall. Full-time, evening/night shift. DOE.
