CATERING/CONFERENCE SERVICES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: Provide clerical support for catering/convention services. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, also type 50 wpm. Experience in Daylight or Delphi preferred. Applicants must also possess excellent written, verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills. Hotel/Food & Beverage experience required. Housekeeping
ROOM ATTENDANTS: Responsible for cleaning and preparing rooms for guests. Previous hotel cleaning experience preferred. Full-time position, day shifts including weekends. $7.75/hr.
LAUNDRY SUPERVISOR: Supervise staff and day-to-day operations of in-house laundry department. Duties include monthly inventory and all aspects of laundering uniforms, F&B linens and room linens. Involves some heavy lifting and standing for long periods of time. Supervisor experience required. Full-time position with a flexible schedule, including weekends. $8.50/hr.
POOL ATTENDANT: Oversee the appearance of four pool areas. Duties include stocking towels, delivering dirty towels to laundry, cleaning furniture, cleaning decks, special projects, etc. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Full-time position. $7.75/hr.
HOUSEPERSON: Move furniture, stock housekeeping supplies, pick up laundry and assist room attendants as necessary. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Full-time position with a flexible schedule. $7.75/hr.
TURNDOWN ATTENDANTS: Half day. Responsible for cleaning and preparing rooms for guests and half day turning down beds and filling requests for housekeeping-related services. Housekeeping experience preferred. Full-time, day/evening shifts (1 pm - 9 pm). $7.75/hr.
PUBLIC AREA ATTENDANT: Responsible for cleaning all public areas including offices, lobby, restrooms, etc. Janitorial/cleaning experience required. Full-time position (3pm – 11pm). $7.75/hr.
LAUNDRY ATTENDANT: Load and unload washers, press and fold linens, towels, etc. Involves some heavy lifting and standing for long periods of time. Full-time position with a flexible schedule, including weekends. $7.75/hr.
Food & Beverage
BANQUET SERVERS: All aspects of banquet food & beverage service: set tables, serve food and clean up banquet functions. Food service experience required. Part-time position, must be available to work a very flexible schedule. $4.25/hr + tips.
AM SERVER: Serve breakfast and lunch in a semi-casual dining room. Must have strong breakfast skills and at least one year of serving experience. Part-time day position, shifts begin at 6:00am. $4.25/hr + tips.
RESTAURANT FLOOR SUPERVISOR: Oversee dining room staff and daily operations, seating, phones and guest relations. Assist all staff in all aspects of providing guest service. Full-time, AM and PM shifts. $12.00/hr.
BARTENDER: Mix drinks and provide customer service in casual bar and grill. Must have one year of bartending experience with knowledge of AZ liquor laws. Full-time and part-time positions. $6.00/hr + tips.
DIRECTOR OF RESTAURANTS: Oversee multiple resort Food & Beverge outlets, including a progressive, casual, elegant three-meal restaurant; a casual bar & grill; a lobby café and a poolside bar. Must be knowledgeable in liquor/wine, customer service, food, employee retention, Micros POS equipment and cost controls. The position requires a dynamic person with a passion for food, beverage and exceptional service.
FOOD RUNNER: Assist pace and speed of service by delivering food to tables. Control the server side of line and coordinate table pace. Describe food when presented at table. Full-time, $4.25/hr plus .50 cents per cover.
Kitchen
LINE COOK: Responsible for multiple hot line stations. Two+ years of hot line, fine dining or high-volume kitchen experience required. Must be skilled in broiler, sauté, pantry and fryer. Clean, fast and productive presentation skills a must. Full-time, evening position. Salary D.O.E.
Engineering
POOL TECH: Clean and maintain three pools on property. Pool maintenance experience preferred but not required. Full-time position with a flexible schedule; shifts begin at 5:30am. $8.50/hr.
