Tucson, AZ (3/26/12) – Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort & Spa is serving up Easter brunch for the whole family in a warm and welcoming environment surrounded by views of the Santa Catalina Mountains and desert blooms. On Sunday, April 8, the resort’s award-winning GOLD restaurant will offer two holiday brunch menus, one for adults and one especially for kids. GOLD’s Adult Easter Brunch Menu, offered for $49 per person, will offer a threecourse plated meal with a menu of choices from which to choose. First course options include truffled Yukon potato salad, a Dungeness crab Louie martini, spring corn chowder or hearts of romaine salad with aged sherry roasted shallot vinaigrette. For the second course, guests can choose from six options: seared day boat scallops, fresh Alaskan “long line” halibut, grilled center cut filet mignon, smoke roasted breast of free range chicken or a vegetable and portobello tower with roasted red pepper coulis. A trio of petite desserts finishes the three-course meal and features chocolate croissant bread pudding, mini carrot cake with sour cream frosting and a toasted coconut cream tart. Seating times are available between 11:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. at GOLD. The price does not include tax and gratuity.
GOLD’s Children’s Easter Brunch Menu features three courses catered to kids in portion size and taste. For starters, children can choose from a fresh fruit cup, a cup of corn chowder or carrot and celery sticks with ranch dip. Main course offerings include popcorn shrimp, fried chicken strips or grilled beef sliders. Dessert is a delectable ice cream sundae. The price for the kids’ brunch is $12 per person, subject to tax and gratuity.
