New Year’s Eve Glitters in GOLD at Westward Look
Tucson, Ariz. (December 17, 2012) – Reflect on the passing of 2012 and revel in the promise of 2013 on New Year’s Eve at Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort & Spa, which offers guests a gourmet, four-course dinner at the award-winning GOLD restaurant followed by rockin’ music and dancing in the Sonoran Ballroom.
The Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort & Spa’s New Year’s Eve celebration begins with a four-course, prix fixe dinner at GOLD from 6:30 to 10 p.m. The meal starts with a choice of Lobster Bisque with aged sherry drizzle or French Onion Soup, served gratinée style. The second course features Applewood Smoked Mountain Trout, House Salad or Chilled Blue Crab Martini. The third course includes Sliced Roasted Tenderloin of Beef, Lobster Vol au Vent, Winter Vegetable Garden Phyllo Bundle, Roasted Rack of Lamb or Pan Seared Pacific Grouper Fillet. Dessert includes White Chocolate Bomb, Individual Baked Alaska or Crème Brûlée.
The dinner, which includes coffee & tea service, is $85 per person, plus tax and gratuity. The dinner package also includes party favors, a champagne toast at midnight and a wristband for entry to the Sonoran Ballroom for New Year’s Eve festivities. For a complete menu, please click here. Dance the new year in with classic rock and blues band East2West in the Sonoran Ballroom from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. Entry requires a wristband, which may be bought for $25 (based on availability) or is included in the GOLD dinner package (guaranteed entry).
For a more casual New Year’s Eve, Lookout Bar & Grille will be open from 2 p.m. to midnight, with food served from 2 to 10 p.m. A casual menu will be available. No reservations required. For an even cozier New Year’s Eve, resort guests may choose room service during normal hours of operation, from Lookout Bar & Grille.
