Renew Spring Traditions with Easter Brunch at Westward Look
Menu blends time-honored favorites with new gourmet delights
Tucson, Ariz. (March 7, 2013) – Spring in the Sonoran Desert may be more subtle than other regions, but it is still a time of renewal for many people – a time to reflect and refocus on what is most important. The Easter gathering is often a significant event for many families. This year, Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort & Spa has crafted an Easter Brunch menu filled with familiar traditions, such as Herb-Crusted Leg of Lamb, and unexpected delights, such as Orecchiette Pasta with Artichoke, Asparagus and Crumbled Goat Cheese.
For starters, the brunch includes seasonal fruits and vegetables in addition to Minted Pea Soup with Fried Shallots and Champagne Poached and Chilled Gulf Shrimp with Tomato Rémoulade & Cocktail Sauce. Entrées range from Herb-Crusted Leg of Lamb to Cuban-Spiced Pork Loin. The scrumptious desserts include Key Lime Pie and Chocolate Pecan Pie. See below for the full menu.
Easter Brunch will be served March 31 in the Sonoran Ballroom from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The cost is $59 per person, $25 for children 12 and younger and free for children under 4 years old.
