I would like to congratulate you on the excellent staff you have at the Westward Look. We have just completed another year of events with your resort and again the staff was absolutely wonderful. It is no small thing to say that the success of our events is tied closely to the quality of your staff, and from the comments and feedback we have received I would say we have been very successful.
