The Lookout Bar & Grille is the resort’s more casual dining choice with a lighter menu, easygoing atmosphere and stunning views. The cuisine features comfort food with a contemporary twist. Guests can enjoy specialty drinks, an array of tequilas and the option of dining indoors or on the terrace.
Dining hours are:
- Mondays-Fridays: 2pm to 10pm
- Saturdays-Sundays: 11am to 10pm
Bar hours are:
- Mondays-Thursday: 2pm to 11pm
- Friday: 2pm to 12am
- Saturday: 10am to 12am
- Sunday: 10am to 11pm
The Lookout Bar & Grille features live music with local bands Fridays and Saturdays from 7:30pm to 10:30pm.
